The Brutalist

“The Brutalist” soundtrack cover art

The distinctive deep brass sound of Zinc & Copper is featured heavily in the soundtrack to Brady Corbet’s new film “The Brutalist” by Daniel Blumberg. For our contribution to this epic score, we spent two days at Berlin’s Lowswing Studio, located in the Tritonus Studio complex in Kreuzberg. We recorded together with Daniel and his producer Peter Walsh, playing many layers of rich brass harmonies and emotive melodic lines. It was great to work with Daniel, Pete and all the other musicians in the studio for this memorable and ground breaking film score.

The film is out now in cinemas and the soundtrack is released by Milan Records.
