We will play our first gig of 2022 in Berlin on 20th of August - performing “Pons” by Duane Potre - composed for us in 2021 and premiered at the Speicher V festival, presented by bohemian drips.

Duane Pitre by Todd Taylor

Pons (Latin for “bridge”) is a major structure in the upper part of the human brainstem which is involved in the regulation of breathing, the sensation of hearing and the regulation of deep sleep. Duane Pitre's work of the same name ties in with his electro-acoustic experiments with mood systems and explores tension and relaxation within the thematic use of a pure interval. Pitre is working on a music that evokes both emotions and trance-like states, musical "breathing exercises" that lead consciousness into dream like states.
